Shipping policy
Free shipping on orders over €150.
Estimated shipping time is displayed on the product page.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery to most locations takes approximately 2–5 working days (please note that public holidays may extend delivery times).
Shipping rates for orders under €150:
We ship all orders from the European Union.
€8 — Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia
€12 — Denmark, France, Ireland, Spain
€15 — Finland, Portugal
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout once products are added and the shipping location is selected.
Exceptions: Some items may incur higher shipping costs due to their large size or delicate nature. Please refer to the shipping section on the specific product page for detailed information.
Shipping Locations: We deliver to most European countries. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please reach out to us via email info@steelve.com for support.

Fulfillment Time: Fulfillment times vary by product. Please refer to the shipping section on each product page for estimated timelines.
Backorders: If an item is out of stock, please allow 10-15 business days for fulfillment.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Uncollected Parcels
If a prepaid parcel is not collected from the Pickup Point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping costs (outbound and return shipping) from your refund.
If you would like the parcel to be resent, we will be happy to ship it again once the additional shipping costs have been covered.
We recommend collecting parcels as soon as possible, as Pickup Points only store them for a limited period. Please check your local pickup point collection time.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, ask the courier to record it in a damage report before accepting the shipment.
We kindly ask you to contact us immediately if:

your item is damaged, or

you received the wrong item.
Providing us with photos of the product and the packaging will help us evaluate the issue and process your claim quickly. Please keep the original packaging until the case is resolved, as it may be required for return or inspection.
