Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To start a return, you can submit information via Return Form or contact us via email info@steelve.com

Returns must be requested and approved before shipping. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This allows us to offer free shipping and keep our pricing fair and transparent.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Invoices for Businesses (B2B)

To issue a business invoice under the reverse charge mechanism, we kindly ask that a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) be provided during checkout.

In most cases, a change of invoice type after the order has been placed is not possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, ask the courier to record it in a damage report before accepting the shipment.

We kindly ask you to contact us immediately if:

  • your item is defective,

  • your item is damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item.

Providing us with photos of the product and the packaging will help us evaluate the issue and process your claim quickly. Please keep the original packaging until the case is resolved, as it may be required for return or inspection.

Our goal is to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and make it right for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Orders – Exclusion from Returns
Please note that custom-made products, created according to your specifications (e.g. custom size, finish, or design), are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. This is in line with EU consumer law, which excludes personalized and made-to-order products from the right of withdrawal. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before confirming.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
